1. Intake form is received via pCPA email.
2. Determine if product is single, dual, or multi source:
   • If single source, determine if a Product Listing Agreement (PLA) exists (present or past):
     • If no, the price point is 85% of brand.
     • If yes, the price point is 75% of brand. Price point automatically reduces to 55% after three months.
   • If dual source, the price point is 50% of brand.
   • If multi source, determine if product is an oral solid or a non oral solid:
     • If non oral solid, the price point is 35% of brand.
     • If oral solid,  the price point is 25% of brand.
3. Notify manufacturer and pCPA jurisdictions of confirmed tier.
